All orders placed here at HeckathornTurnedWood.com* ship upon receipt up to 11 am EST Mon. – Fri., with fast domestic service in the continental US via USPS Ground Advantage*, with tracking, and added insurance on all outbound packages. You’ll receive your order in 2-5 business days based on the package originating in Ocala, FL to your shipping location. 

➜ Delivery estimates are made by USPS, however, they are not guaranteed by USPS. We cannot be responsible for delivery delays and estimates by USPS.

Please double check your mailing address. Be sure to provide a valid USPS address format when ordering to avoid shipping delays and additional costs. Important if you're moving or using an unfamiliar address.

➜ State sales tax will be added as necessary using the correct rate for your state and/or county

*All purchases are ready-to-ship and carefully packed in specially sized boxes to ensure safe arrival. With a USPS mail facility steps from our door, we make every effort to complete last-minute finishing and packing for orders received the same day up to 11 am EST Mon.-Fri. with rare exception (ie. additional time for final finishing (museum wax, extensive buffing, or last-minute touches) necessitating next day shipment. To date, other methods (UPS & FedEx) incur added shipping expense and delays for scheduling/pickup making USPS our preferred and only shipping method.

We want you to have a great experience browsing and buying Bob’s artwork, and back all our products with a 100% MERCHANDISE CREDIT guarantee with return shipping at your expense.* 

Heckathorn Turned Wood (HTW) returns are unusual... For that reason, we don’t include (potential) return shipping charges in the cost of each item; reducing your cost. We exhaustively post product details;  including several photos with each item and links to our blog (here) for more information on each bowl's features. With these tools, it's easy to choose the right piece for your style. If you don't find your answers at our "Bowl Blog", email us here before purchasing, and we'll help you make the right choice. 

Please remember –you’re buying a finely crafted piece of art, not a mass-produced item as found on Amazon.

RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Heckathorn Turned Wood Limited Yarn Bowl, return it within 14 days of receipt for 100% merchandise credit to your original form of payment following the steps below. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Upon receipt and inspection, a 100% MERCHANDISE CREDIT (and taxes if applicable) will be refunded to your original form of payment. The item must be returned in pristine condition. 

In the unfortunate event that your piece arrives damaged, immediately take digital photos of the damage to the item AND the damaged shipping/packaging it arrived in. Please keep the box and packaging. Attach the photos in an email to [email protected] no more than 7 days of receipt.  We will get back to you asap (within 24 hrs, usually less).
