​This Large PLUS Cherry Yarn Bowl is nice 'n roomy for maximum versatility with an amethyst colored sparkle inlaid rim, new starburst groove, raised base for added ballast, and a brilliant gloss finish. The real star of this piece are the amazing grains. 

Amply shaped with a 6-3/4" dia top x 5" deep it's rotund and roomy with a circumference of 24" around the middle. It's deceptively big... learn how to measure our yarn bowls by diameter and circumference and tips on selecting the perfect yarn bowl for your #wip here.
This oversized "workhorse" will be at your side for every #wip you do. Here's why:
All our LARGE yarn bowls will cradle a 7 oz. of #4 (worsted) ball or cake; or a small knitting/crochet project using #0 - #3 weight fine/dk/sport yarn, or a large spool of crochet cotton (shown). Designed and tested to ensure that: the yarn won't pop out the top; yarn cakes keep their shape, and also double as a frogging bowl –leaving frogged yarn easy to put aside. That's why they've been crowned our "Large Workhorse Yarn Bowls". This one has a bit more space!
Lovingly hand-crafted over a four month period; over seventeen coats of finish/hand-buffing bring out the rich character of the wood grains, tones and super shine. A final coat of imported museum wax was added to resist fingerprints and stains. Dimensions listed are approximate. One-of-a-kind, signed and numbered; #2324 with "Cherry" (species) engraved as well.
